"Who claps for you?" The unusual question offered by a legendary professor is born out of a simple idea. Finding success is typically linked to knowing which voices to follow. According to the wise teacher, if you want to know whose words to heed, ask yourself, "Who roots for me?"
When you plant your hopes in rough ground and water them with your tears, who applauds your efforts, convinced good will come, Psalms 126:5? When life strips everything away until only fear and anxiety seem to remain, who cheers you on never turning away, Isaiah 41:10, 1 Peter 5:7? When you freeze in your steps unsure of which path to take, who shows you the way and trusts you with great things do, Psalm 16:11, 2 Timothy 3:16?
Jesus died for you. Jesus prays for you. Jesus, who was there at creation, claps for you, John 15:11-13, John 17:20. That's Worth Remembering.
